1. What this service is

Listing Image Checker provides browser-based image utilities. All processing happens on your device. We do not receive, store or transmit the files you open.

2. Licence to use the site

You may use the site for personal and commercial work. Output files belong to you. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the site itself, nor attempt to bypass the batch limits or interfere with the operation of the service.

3. Your responsibilities

You must own the images you process, or have permission to use them. You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal content, to infringe copyright or trademarks, or to process material you have no right to handle.

4. Payment and refunds

Pro is a one-time purchase that raises batch limits. Payments are processed by our payment provider. If the product does not work for you, email support@listingimagecheck.xyz within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Availability

The site is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Because processing is local, an outage of our hosting does not affect a page that is already open in your browser.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Always keep a copy of your original files; conversion and compression are lossy by nature.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Termination

We may suspend access if the service is used to break these terms or to attack the site. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent court at the operator’s place of business.
